Doxa includes features for tracking mental and emotional wellness. These features are designed for self-reflection and general wellness tracking only. They are not clinical assessments and should not be used to diagnose or treat any mental health condition.

If you are struggling with mental health challenges, we strongly encourage you to seek help from a licensed mental health professional. Your wellbeing matters deeply to us.

4. AI-Powered Features

Doxa includes AI-powered features ("Doxa AI" or "Ask Doxa") that provide faith-based encouragement, scripture suggestions, and general wellness guidance.

4.1 AI Limitations

  • Doxa AI is not a licensed counselor, therapist, pastor, or medical professional
  • AI responses are generated by machine learning models and may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • Scripture interpretations reflect general Christian perspectives and may not align with all denominational views
  • AI cannot fully understand context, nuance, or the complexity of individual situations
  • AI responses should be considered as general encouragement, not personalized professional advice

4.2 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for evaluating any information or suggestions provided by Doxa AI. Always use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals for important decisions regarding your health, relationships, finances, or spiritual life.

5. Freedom & Recovery Features

Doxa includes "Freedom Journey" features designed to support users seeking to overcome unwanted habits, behaviors, or struggles. These tools are intended as supplementary support only.

Important: If you are struggling with substance abuse, addiction, or compulsive behaviors, please seek help from qualified addiction specialists, counselors, or support groups (such as Celebrate Recovery, AA, or similar programs). Doxa is not a treatment program and cannot replace professional addiction recovery services.

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes. Recovery and freedom are complex journeys that often require professional support, community, and time.

6. Religious & Spiritual Content

Doxa provides content rooted in Christian faith traditions, including Scripture references, devotionals, and faith-based encouragement.

  • Scripture quotations are provided for encouragement and reflection
  • Interpretations represent general Christian perspectives and may vary from specific denominational teachings
  • Doxa does not claim to represent any specific church, denomination, or religious organization
  • Users are encouraged to study Scripture in community with their local church
  • Doxa respects users of all faith backgrounds who wish to use our wellness features

7. No Guarantees

Doxa makes no guarantees, warranties, or promises regarding:

  • Healing, recovery, or improvement in any health condition
  • Success in overcoming habits, addictions, or behavioral patterns
  • Improvement in relationships, finances, career, or any life area
  • Spiritual growth, faith development, or religious experiences
  • Accuracy or completeness of any content or AI-generated responses

Results vary significantly between individuals. Your experience depends on many factors beyond our control, including your personal circumstances, effort, support systems, and professional care.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOXA WELLNESS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF DOXA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

11.1 Binding Arbitration

You and Doxa Wellness (AllureSync Technologies LLC) agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service — including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate — shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and not by a court.

11.2 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND DOXA AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

11.3 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdiction. Either party may also seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

11.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@doxawellness.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration provision.

11.5 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any arbitration proceedings shall take place in Benton County, Arkansas, or at a mutually agreed location.

12. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Doxa. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the consent of your parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Doxa after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
